I have a passion for helping lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) individuals, and same-sex couples to live healthy, vibrant and rich lives.
I am a qualified Gender & Sexual Diversity Therapist, accredited by Pink Therapy – the UK’s largest independent therapy and training organisation working with gender and sexual diversity clients.
Sexual & Gender Minority Therapy is a type of counselling service for LGBT people or those people who consider themselves to be non-heterosexual, as well as men who have sex with men (MSM) and women who have sex with women (WSW).
Sometimes people have concerns or problems related to their identity or sexual orientation, but often it is for other reasons. I have worked for many years with gender & sexual diversity clients, and I bring an understanding of my own experience together with the ideas of contemporary writers and modern understandings of human sexuality and LGBT issues.
Here are some examples of the types of concerns or problems I might be able to help you with:
More often than not, LGBT people may seek my help for reasons that are not directly related to their gender identity or sexual orientation.
